Our Sir James is the fruit of the hard work of small agricultural producers with less than a quarter of a hectare each. The coffee cherries are selectively hand-picked to ensure the quality of each bean. Our collaboration with the Farmgate initiative allows us to support the sustainability of coffee cultivation in the region.

Once the cherries are harvested, they are transported to the Rwinyoni Washing Station, where they undergo a complete washing process. This gives the coffee a remarkable smoothness and buttery flavor profile, with distinct notes of stone fruit, citrus and dark chocolate. The acidity of this coffee is subtle, making it an ideal option for those who enjoy a refined coffee.

During tastings, it obtained a cupping score of 86, testifying to its quality and its absence of defects. This is a perfect option for those looking to explore the intricacies of specialty coffees. The icing on the cake is that this coffee is certified organic!
