Flavor profile
A rich and sweet coffee. We find aromas of intense tropical fruits and a juicy acidity thanks to a surprising combination of exotic notes of mango and more floral notes of chamomile.

Anaerobic Natural from Kabyiniro, a unique organic coffee from Rwanda, grown with passion by members of the Kopiguka cooperative. Carefully selected and anaerobically fermented in airtight containers, this coffee stands out for its bright fruity flavors. Harvested between March and June at an altitude of 1,600 to 1,950 meters, each cherry is hand-picked and dried on raised beds. This coffee represents the resilient spirit of Rwanda, a country where coffee plays a crucial role in economic growth and gender equality
