Our “treat” coffee that can be drunk all day thanks to its low caffeine percentage. This natural coffee goes very well as a filter or espresso, with a dessert or during a coffee break, you can always overdo it!

Family Heritage:

For over 150 years, the Caceres family has been cultivating Finca Las Mañanitas. The original purchase of the land dates back to the mid-1800s by the current owners' great-great-great-grandfather, Fabio Morán.

Tradition and Passion:

Mama Tita and Papa Ricardo, parents of the current owner Rosa Marta Erazo de Caceres, have continued the family tradition. It was Papa Manuel, Mama Tita's father and native of Finca Las Mañanitas, who planted the first coffee trees on the farm. Papa Ricardo is known for his love and dedication to coffee culture. The children today carry on his legacy by growing exceptional coffees.

Name and Tradition:
The farm takes its name from the song "Las Mañanitas", a local version of the birthday tune. This melody often resonates on the farm, rooting traditions.

Unique Terroir:
Situated with views of the Santa Ana and Izalco volcanoes, the farm benefits from nutrient-rich volcanic loam, ideal for flowering coffee plants.

Culture :
Despite its small size, El Salvador was once the 4th largest coffee producer and continues to produce high quality batches. The country is renowned for its exceptional varieties such as Bourbon and Pacamara, originating from El Salvador.

In the era of a new generation of producers, El Salvador is seeing an evolution in coffee production, focusing on quality rather than quantity. Producers experiment with processes and varieties, renewing the tradition deeply rooted in the country.
